Absolutely! I would recommend renting a car, as the shuttles will not pick you up at the Airbnb, but they will take you from the Sanctuary to the Ocean Course. If you would like access to the pools, you will need to go in with someone who is staying through the resort.

You will receive a pass for your car when you enter the gates of Kiawah. You can drive or bike throughout, and use Kiawah shuttle service. Be aware, the Ocean Course is about a 15 minute drive from the sanctuary.
